      Box on Standby, why?

Hello, i'm new here and I have a queston to ask. I had the TV on early Monday morning when my box went on standby and intrupted the programme. What is the reason why it sometimes does this? I'm asking because I subscribe to most of the channels on the Sky EPG for new DOG/Ident/channel spotting and sometimes it interfears with this. I need to do what I do in the early mornings because it's when the most activity takes place. Thanks.

Go into services and switch off the Auto Standy function.
