I would have thought Sky would replace it FOC under the circumstances.

No worries mate, I was just being lazy and couldn't stand the thought of having to go through the explanation with SKY based on some previous hassles with them.

Replacement cards are free, as long as they ain't lost or damaged due to mis-use
