Sky+ box use after hd upgrade

I have recently upgraded to SKY HD and was wondering what I could do with the SKY+ box I have (short of selling it on ebay). Could I receive freeview channels on it and if so could I connect to a normal TV aerial and do I need a card to insert etc.

You can get freeview card from sky cost about 10 this will give free channels but it will need to be still attached to your sky dish . If you have a quad lnb on it you will have two spare connecters.

      Pedants Corner

The non subscription service is called Freesat from Sky.

Freeview is a terrestrial service received via an aerial.
