Is the current dish accessible or is it too high?

If it is fairly high you may need the special heights team. If you go for Sky+ and you only have a single LNB, Sky would normally swap it for a dual LNB to give the box both the feeds that it requires.

The installer may just opt for the easier option and re sight the dish if possible.

If you are upgrading they may just replace the dish as well. I would ask them and see what they say, if necessary bung the installer a few quid.
