      M & S Vouchers

      My daughter said if I signed up for sky she would get 50 M & S vouchers.
      I signed for Sky HD+ and also for broadband and 3 mixes for sky tv.
      I got the box for 75 + 30 fitting but she has not had her vouchers.
      I signed up in September although we did not get the broadband up and running until 7th October and we did not get the phone switched over till 15 October.

      My daughter has not had her vouchers yet. Should that have happened by now?

      I think normally the vouchers are sent within 30 to 60 days after the first payment of the new account being taken.

      The sky website says 30 so as the 30 have passed I have e-mailed sky asking what has happened and will await reply. Will post result here in due course

      Got a good result - 50 vouchers - for each of us I think we were only entitled to one!

      i joined sky in november with the full movie channel package and i activated my card in December i have phoned sky many times to ask about my 50 pound voucher and after a very long and laborious wait to get through i am promised they will sort it out am still waiting>

      I recommended my son as a new customer and as he had a dish up at his home, I gave him my old set top box when I upgraded to plus. Because of this they said I wasn't entitled to any vouchers.

      I won't be making anymore recommendations.
