Confirmation Please
Am I right in thinking replacing a basic sky box with a second hand Sky+ box, doesn't attract any increase of subs?.

Yes, providing you subscribe to at least 1 mix. You will need two feeds to the Sky + box though if you want to record one channel and watch another

You will also have to have your card paired with the Sky box, which is only a phone call away.

Sorry if my question sounded stupid, but I wasn't aware it had to be turned on. My son has installed it at home, had his card paired and the box records OK.
