TV Flicker
I have just had installed a sky box but it is causing the TV to flicker. With only the sky box and dish connected the tv flickers badly especially when watching live football. It is not the scart socket or scart leads. It continues to flicker when the dish is disconnected. It only stops when you remove the
scart lead from the sky box, the tv behaves normally after that. Anyone got any ideas what is causing the interaction between the skybox and the tv.

Re: TV Flicker
Well unless you want to ask how to fix this issue to the people who run this website, I guess I must be. We are not Sky.
I moved this thread from 'Speak to the staff' of SkyUser to the Sky TV forum, as I thought it would be of more benefit for you. Maybe I shouldn't have bothered?~ Never, ever, argue with an idiot. They'll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience ~

Re: TV Flicker
Could it be a faulty scart lead or faulty scart socket?
try the other socket on the back of the Sky Box or another lead in the existing ones.------
Advice given is in good faith and if taken is done so at your own risk. If in doubt consult a qualified person.
