Getting multiroom installed
OK, we are getting multiroom installed, and have a few questions.
1) The letter we received, telling us what we had ordered ( sky + box) did not list multiroom, is this ok?
2) Should we receive a viewing card for the additional box?
3) As the boxes need to be connected to the phoneline, how would that affect the broadband, as we only have 2 sockets, which arenot really near the rooms the boxes will/are in

Re: Getting multiroom installed
1) You should phone and check in case they have missed off the multi room
2) Yes you should have 2 cards one for each box
3) Technically they should both be connected to a phone line for 12 months. However it is the multi room box that is the important one to be connected and the installer/engineer will be able to run a cable to the socket. Tea and bixxies should ensure no problems
