Quality issue through Samsung DVD/HDD Recorder
I have read all the previous posts regarding issues of this type, however mine is slightly different.
My setup is as follows:
SCART from SKY TV Out to DVD/HDD Recorder AV2 in
SCART from DVD/HDD Recorder AV1 Out to TV In
The quality of the Sky picture is excellent through the TV, but when viewing/recording the picture is quite poor (lower contrast and duller colours).
However, and this is the strange part, if I take the SCART cable from the Video connection of SKY instead of the TV one, the picture quality is excellent through the DVD, which is bizarre as this is outputting composite and not RGB.
Unfortunately I can't use the Video Out permenantly as I have a Phantom Plus PVR connected to that socket (to send the Sky planner signal to the DVD recorder.
Any help would be very much appreciated.

Re: Quality issue through Samsung DVD/HDD Recorder
Look at the Digibox Picture menu and set the output to PAL instead of RGB.
