Re: Sky complaints address?
I got a decent result by emailing:
james.murdoch at bskyb.com
It took about 10 days, but totally resolved to my satisfaction.
Obviously remove the spaces and replace at with @~ Never, ever, argue with an idiot. They'll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience ~

Re: Sky complaints address?
Thanks for that
I think that I have had enough with Sky "customer services" and need to complain.

Re: Sky complaints address?
Sometimes, you just get no where, and going above CS is needed. I got a complete credit of my HD box and £12 credit for the phone calls, as an apology, 1) for what happened 2) the time it took to resolve and respond to my complaint.
The lady did say, they were very busy.
Good luck hope you get it sorted.~ Never, ever, argue with an idiot. They'll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience ~

Re: Sky complaint
Sky is often a bit unreliable.
Right now I am viewing a documentary which advertises as being about the collapse of Enron "We go behind the scenes of this multi-million dollar catastrophe"
However, the story is really about a little old mid-west USA 'ponzi' fraud involving pyramid-interest payouts - the company being 'Eron'.
Sorry to say, I'm enjoying the plight of some middle-class Americans all trying to justify why they weren't curious about stupendously high monthly rates of return they were receiving by cheque.
But still, its obvious Sky has no idea of the conents of what they are airing - an amlost dyslexic-like concoction of fantasy programming information based on misreading of Enron.
How daft.

Re: Sky complaint
Indeed. Sky rely on individual broadcasters to provide accurate synopses and EPG timings for their own programmes - and to keep these up-to-date ( programme timings and content ), Sky can only be held responsible for any errors in programmes originated by itself . Apart from its own branded channels, eg Sky1, 2, 3, Sports etc, Sky merely host the hundreds of other channels on its EPG, they don't make the programmes, nor do they write up the synopses. It's up to the individual channels to do that.
