I recently moved out of a house that had Sky installed when we moved in. It is a rental property.
The landlord is now claiming that his cavity insulation guarantee has been invalidated because of the hole that was drilled.
He is claiming over £5,000 damages.
Any thoughts Installers?

You say Sky was installed when you moved in. Do you have any evidence of that? Photographs?
If you didn't drill the hole, or arrange to have it drilled, you aren't responsible.
