Re: Sky Multiroom Woes
If you are confident it is all paid, which it seems you are, either try again and speak to someone else, or order it online and get the £15 credit?
If you can log into mysky, it should show you any outstanding amounts.~ Never, ever, argue with an idiot. They'll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience ~

Re: Sky Multiroom Woes
ummm
I got a second HD box for £75 a couple of weeks ago. Although I had to pay the going rate for the first one.
Try the online route?~ Never, ever, argue with an idiot. They'll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience ~

Re: Sky Multiroom Woes
Try this?
This is the way I ordered mine.
Hi just ring sky on this number 08442414141 option 5 then 3 then 4. Just said I'd heard they were offering £75 +£30 for HD fi commit for 12 months
I got mine before the offer was on though, along with an awful lot of other people.~ Never, ever, argue with an idiot. They'll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience ~

Re: Sky Multiroom Woes
so ive rung up about 8 times
they wont budge
they even want £169 for a standard box
£319 or sky +
and £519 for Sky+ hd box
the bill isnt due until the 17th for this month so i dont get why they would want £102

Re: Sky Multiroom Woes
Have you changed package or anything recently to raise a prorated invoice?
Can you log on to MySky to see what it is they think you owe, you should be able to go through all the previous invoices on there.
I don't know what else to suggest.~ Never, ever, argue with an idiot. They'll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience ~
