tbh I could have just rang our contact, if I wanted to try for special treatment, however I didn't - I just emailed a certain email address I had seen on this forum. Took about 10 days or so for a resolution, but I am a happy camper now.
Even my missus is gobsmacked.~ Never, ever, argue with an idiot. They'll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience ~
