Sky changing channels in packages
My parents run a pub which has sky a few months ago they had a letter stating that sky were changing their pub packages. The package change has happened and they've lost sky1, eurosport, ESPN classic and another channel. My question is are sky allowed to change channel listings in a package and do you have the right to cancel before the 12 months is up because of this?

Re: Sky changing channels in packages
This may help. It refers to HD channels of a domestic subscription, so you will need to check your Parents contract.
Sky HD Channels.
2.3 "We can vary or withdraw any Sky HD Channel. We will tell you if, as a result of any such change, your Sky HD Subscription Payment changes. If during the Minimum Term of this contract we withdraw a Sky HD Channel, you can keep the same HD Channel at no extra charge, if you request this and we still broadcast it. If however during the minimum term we withdraw a Sky HD Channel and no longer broadcast it, you may end your Sky HD Service by giving us one calandar month's notice"
I hope that helps, but you will need to check your own T&C's
