Remote Record Setup
Thought I would try and Remote Record via our My Sky Account, had install on Thursday and not tried it yet.
According to the Sky website you need to set this up via the Sky+ Box
Sky.com - My Sky>Remote Record>Setting up Remote Record
But when I select "Register My Sky Users" and it tries to connect to the Instenet I get the following message.
"Please check that your telephoneline is not in use, and that your set-top box is connected to a telephone line."
Everything is as the Installer left it, the wire was tacked into place and is plugged in to a filter on the phone socket.

Take the sky box lead out and plug a telephone in to the filter. Does the line actually work?

Looking at the filter, the Sky box goes into it looks like the phone plugs into that as well. The phone is working fine.
Its all as the Installer left it. I assume that they have to use the phone line to complete the install.TV:Sky + (Variety and Knowledge) - Broadband: Connect - Phone: Freetime
