Downgrading my package??
How on earth do i cancel mixes from my package without phoning their rip off numbers?, i can't find any option to do it online or thru the box?
Any help appreciated.

There is an 01506 number around somewhere, I think it has been posted on these forums somewhere so if you qualify for free calls then it will not cost you a penny.

If you have sky talk then the calls to sky contact centers are free from the first of july.

got my bill in this month 33 pounds in calls to sky , they certainly get there moneys worth from us the customer is there any way i can get any sort of refund for the ammount of calls i have had to do to sky cause of this broadband connection?

If you call customer services then you should be able to give you a refund.
