Exporting a recording to a computer
Hi Folks,
While I'm technically-minded, I'm not too familiar with recording from TV.
Basically, I have a 10 second clip recorded on my Sky HD box, I'd like to share with somebody.
Can you export the recorded clips to a PC?

Now the only way I can think of doing this is by using a video capture card, I got a pinncle 500 external usb card and software for £40 off ebay.
Or you may see if any of your freinds has one and they can lend you it.
I am doing a lot of capturing from the Sky+ atm as I am working on a Battlestar Galactia uniform and for competition I need lots of screenies for judging on how authentic it looks.I'm a PC, and Windows 7 Backup saved my sanity when BitDefender imploded !!!
