Format Sky HD Box
Hi, I am moving to sky shortly, and have had a number of issues with the V+ box, and I found instructions on how to format the box, which resolved these issues.
Is there a way to format the box with sky?

yep, there is a 'housekeeping' option (defrag) and full system reset option (wipes hard drive and reformats).
They are both in the hidden menu.
Also take a look at the copy+ software which can fix hard drive problems for sky+ systems.
