you have to pull the power cord and plug it in again as well and I don't think you will get any premium channels.

No, you need your Sky Viewing Card not your Sky Interactive Card (which is for paying bills). You will not get any "Premium" channels. Originally Posted by jessyp

I'm not bothered about the premium channels I'm just wanting all the other channels to work, the 6 sets. And I only have one card, the one that's in the box, is it not the right one? I just need to know what to do to get my channels to work at her house.
