NSS No. 29 is usually an indication of a fault, your box is not receiving any signal whatsoever from your dish. Check the cabling. try a replacement box if you can but if that doesn't sort it it'll be a callout. often misalignment or a faulty LNB can cause the '29' error code.

Hi I had the same fault on mine try the cable .I had no signal at all ,and all I did was screw the connecion on to the cable a bit tighter it seemed to do the trick.hope this helps
