      Sky+ Help

      Hi,

Is there any way to access the service menu without the Sky+ remote?
Been suffering from poor signal strength and quality on my standard box, someone has kindly lent me their Sky+ box so I can try to narrow down where the problem is. Unfortunately they did not have the remote for the Sky+ box.

Problems with signal strength seem to have started after Sky sent through a replacement card, although I'm not sure how this would affect my signal quality. It appears that I get blocking & freezing on some channels but not all (ITV1 seems to be the affected the most). Any help and suggestions would be appreciated.

      Thanks
