Installation Query

Hi,

I'm trying to order Sky TV online but am having a problem with choosing the height of the dish. When I choose the normal "above or below" a certain height, the site says there's a problem and to call. But when I choose "above" the standard height it goes through fine, but says Sky will contact me in case there are extra charges (as it is a "special" installation).

Now I have called sales who have assured me to just choose the "above" option and process it online, and when Sky call explain there was a glitch on the site and a normal installation will be fine. However I just want to ask the opinion if you experienced folk... will I get charged or will I just explain a normal installation is fine when they call?

The reason I have to order online is I'm using a cashback service which I'll not get if I order it over the phone.

I would follow Sky's advice. They would have to call you I presume incase there are extra charges. Just explain when they call that that was the only option you could choose.
