sky tv installation
Hi Guys,
Just wanted to know if anyone else had this from sky when trying to order it.
I rang up a few days ago and was going to place an order etc only to be told that it would cost at least £130! +VAT to come and do a heights test as me and my partner are on the 3rd/top floor of a block of small flats!
Surely it cant cost that much? really.
Anyone? advice.

I once needed special heights to get up on a roof to install my system. The cost for that was just the normal installation fee. However times have changed and it wouldnt surprise me if that is now the policy

What is a "heights test"?
Is there an easy access route to the roof or do they have to hire scaffolding?
