Sounds as if you've misaligned the dish while swapping LNBs. Also check cable and connections.

Chances are that your dish now needs to be realigned. All it takes is a tiny movement, even in a dish which is well bolted down, to lose the satellite. Easily done when you swap the LNB and given your location, the signal will be weak in the first place. You may need a satfinder meter to realign the dish.
