      Moving home with Sky+

Hi, I am moving house next week and will be taking my Sky+ box with me so that I can keep all my recordings.
I am sure I read somewhere that I can pay 50 and Sky will come out and stick me a new dish up and new cabling to the box.

I have looked through Skys website and can't find anything relating to this so I wondered whether this was the case and if so how long would I have to wait to have it installed and secondly have I left it too late??!!!!

sky do have a moving house team (or something like that) and i think you are about right with cost.

there should be something on the website, but may be best to give them a ring (i think the wesite only gives you limited info anyway)

So they did put the price up.

Wise decision. You can't take the old dish and cable. Anything screwed or nailed down comes under "fixtures and fittings" and can't be removed without the new owner's agreement in writing.
