      sky sound quality is bad

      has any body noticed the sound quality on sky music channels and the audio channels is bad is it my sky + box or its to do with sky at the other side if anyone has the same problems please let us know

      I've noticed the sound quality on BBC 1 has been rather poor recently myself.
      There is no Tier 3, only Zhul or rather the Customer Solutions Team...

      BBC encoding is nothing to do with Sky. Most music channels are also not encoded by Sky (MTV etc for example).
      There is no p in Thomson.
