      sky+ watching recorded programmes

Hello,i got sky+ yesterday so i recorded something last night to watch today.while watching it i noticed the picture was faster then the sound,so when someone stopped talking on the screen you could hear there talk for about 1-2 seconds more.Like it was out of sync.Is this normal?

No its not normal, try another recording incase it was a problem with the transmission? which isn't unheard of.

another thing that sometimes happens when watching recorded programmes is loss of sound or when fast forwarding you get the saound from the last thing you were watching (ie. start fast forwarding on advert 1 and when you press play on advert 4 you get the sound from advert 1)

when this happens to me, i just back up to planner, and start watching from where i left off with all back in sync
