No Satellite Signal Is Being Received

It's 20:48 on Saturday evening and currently getting "No Satellite Signal Is Being Received" on every Sky channel except for Sky One HD.

Anyone else?

Working here, what is the weather like in Yorkshire? Also have you checked in the system status (or what ever they call it now) page on your sky box to see what your signal strength is? We had an issue last year and even though we had good signal we were getting that error, LNB on dish had failed.

It's raining, but not particularly heavily.

Signal strenght and quality is over 3/4 full

If there is a problem with the LNB wouldn't that mean I cannot get anything at all. Wierd the Sky1 HD is perfect.

Have Sky+ upstairs but three year old going to sleep so can't check that one at the minute.

We had it affecting some but not all channels to start with. Have you tried resetting the box? Could also try removing the card and wiping it before re-inserting it.

Just reset it.

Top Gear just started so watching it on Free View so will have to wait an hour to check it.

Re-set the box last night. Nothing.

Got up at 4am for the cricket, re-set it again and all is working fine.

it was wet and windy last night, but not enough for it to cause a problem I don't think.
