      Re: Sky Sub Price Rise?

Well me letter arrived today and according to them my increase will be 1.50 as I am currently on the reduced price full package and my new bill for September will be 62.00. Like hell it will, as is the norm with Sky they have failed to take into account that I am on the Mid package and have not paid 17 for my Broadband since January. I am also planning on dropping the movies anyway so there is no way I am paying 62. My Sky says I am on Mid so I can't see them overcharging me but I will be keeping a close eye on this.

I still haven't recieved my letter telling me that they have now moved me onto Mid (I did get the 'we will be moving you' one).

Sky will be writing a personalised letter to every customer who is affected by the price change. This will let customers know individually of the new price for their package.

In that case they should have sent the personalised letter out instead of the one we are all getting with the TV guides which as I stated earlier is completely wrong. Thankfully I am aware of this but Joe Bloggs might not be and it will stop Sky getting a load of calls over this issue.
