Re: Sky Sub Price Rise?
Well me letter arrived today and according to them my increase will be £1.50 as I am currently on the reduced price full package and my new bill for September will be £62.00. Like hell it will, as is the norm with Sky they have failed to take into account that I am on the Mid package and have not paid £17 for my Broadband since January. I am also planning on dropping the movies anyway so there is no way I am paying £62. My Sky says I am on Mid so I can't see them overcharging me but I will be keeping a close eye on this.
I still haven't recieved my letter telling me that they have now moved me onto Mid (I did get the 'we will be moving you' one).

Re: Sky Sub Price Rise?
Sky will be writing a personalised letter to every customer who is affected by the price change. This will let customers know individually of the new price for their package.

Re: Sky Sub Price Rise?
In that case they should have sent the personalised letter out instead of the one we are all getting with the TV guides which as I stated earlier is completely wrong. Thankfully I am aware of this but Joe Bloggs might not be and it will stop Sky getting a load of calls over this issue.
