        We’re carrying out some essential maintenance on some of our systems so some of our normal services might not currently be available when calling our contact centres. We’ve put together lots of hints and tips, and things you can do yourself at sky.com/help or through the interactive button on your remote. We apologise for any inconvenience.

      Hi Everyone,

      We are currently carrying out maintenance on our internal systems, this will prevent us from being able to process payments or make changes to your account. Our online, interactive through your TV, Call centre and automated telephone services and Live Chat account management services are all affected. We expect everything to be back up to normal on Wednesday 30th May from 8am.

      We will provide an update to this thread once we have received confirmation that all services are back to normal however if you have any specific questions relating to this maintenance if you post them on this thread we will answer them for you.
