      Missed a payment, got service suspended, cant now call sky to resolve the isse

      I missed a payment to Sky and have had my service suspended. This also means that I can't dial outgoing calls so I am unable to contact Sky to rectify the situation. On checking my account online, I see that my broadband has been cancelled too...I need this to work. I have paid the full balance (in fact my account is now in credit), and I am being told by the website that I need to set up my Direct Debit (again) as Sky moved my account to Invoice. However, when I submit my bank details, I get an error back. I am going round in circles here guys...I would just like to have my service back.

      When did you make the payment?

      Sometimes it can take some time for it all to get itself together.

      I would ask a neighbour perhaps if you could use their phone and call Sky, that would be the quickest way around it I guess.

      If it is a Sky line does 150 to Customer Services not work even if all other outbound calls are barred?
