Before anyone can assist with your problem there is a real need for some comparison stats so that they can see what is going on with your individual line.

Login to your router and click the 'Show Statistics' button at the bottom. Copy the information into a post on this thread.

Within a couple of minutes, plug the Router directly into the test socket and repeat the above. This will give a comparison of your line which will help with diagnostics.
