Do not know a Open Reach socket with TV but if a new OR socket it will have built in filter and additional filter not needed
, I think you said earlier you had put a filter in line.

      Hi holaboo.
I don't think a wall plate like this will have a test socket behind.

If you can be certain that there are no other phone points in the property then the only thing i can suggest before calling sky is to try a different microfilter & ADSL cable if you have one, just in case either is faulty.
Borrowing a corded phone to check for noise would be a good idea too if possible.

After ruling those out, a call to sky should result in a line test being done which will hopefully reveal where the problem lies.
The agent may also be able to see your line history & note the frequency of dropouts.
When satisfied that you've done all the trouble-shooting you can, if the problem persists then ultimately an openreach engineer will have to visit to investigate further.

Will OR charge Sky or the OP?

Well, that is the whole point in using the test socket - to distinguish between an internal & external fault & therefore who's responsibility it is to fix it.

In cases where a customer has had an old type of master socket without a test socket behind, engineers have been booked without charge.
I even read of somebody recently in a new build property where they had nte5's all over the place & had simply failed to connect to the correct (master) one... They weren't charged.

I think the important term above is 'satisfied'.
A sky agent will never book an engineer without warning a customer of potential charges in the event of the fault being with their own equipment.
In situations where there is no test socket, there's little else a customer can do after all the trouble-shooting.
