Sometimes people will put as much informatin as they can when advertising something for sale. In this instance I believe that they are perhaps putting too much information in the ad. This is perhaps because of a lack of information on the product and what the z may or may not represent.

For what it's worth, I've just received a new "SR102-Z" sky hub from Sky, this is the label on the box, too. It's black, while some others I have seen are white, so that may be the difference? Otherwise I haven't noticed any features that stand out as being new.

      Re: SR101 and 101z?

I received SR102-Z, when i signed up for Fibre, but i couldnt see any difference other than built in modem which SR101 does not have, still only single band, and no gigabit ethernet, also poor wireless range, thats why i ditched this and used my own Asus router, plugged into OR Modem, think Scubbie may be right as in post 8

The 'Z' simply indicates where it was made.

The SR101 is white/cream. The SR102 is Piano Black.
