Question Black sky router as an access point?

I want to connect my sky HD box to the internet to use the on demand service. I begrudge paying for an adaptor for it as sky get enough money out of me.

I'm currently using the "sky hub" router to connect to the internet and it's to far to run a cable to the sky HD box.

I have my original white sky router and a black sky router sitting around doing nothing and want to use them as an access point to connect the HD box wirelessly.

Is there a step by step guide tell me how to do it?

The only hope that you have at the moment is to install another firmware in your white Netgear router (DG834GT) and then you can set that up to link to your Sky Hub via WiFi.

Alternatively if you can't run an Ethernet cable from your Sky+ HD STB then you could purchase a pair of HomePlugs. Aim for a pair that support at least 200mbps.
