      Question Slow re-connection times on Sagem Router


      I'm pulling my hair out at a problem I can't seem to fix, every time i re-connect to the router from any device after resuming from sleep or switching the device back on (Tablets, Laptops, Phones - all wireless) I get a wi-fi connection pretty quick - but webpages will NOT load for a good 2-4 minutes - which is driving my crazy!!! Any ideas on this? I'm basically getting either a time out error, or the standard web browser error page....

      I've done all of the help and tips i've found on this forum - i.e changing the channel (i've experimented with 3), plugging into master test sock, moving the router etc etc.

      Below are the details from my router - any help / pointers in the right direction would be a MASSIVE help!!

      It looks like the router is going into some sort of sleep mode, which it is not supposed to do. All I can suggest is that you try installing the Custom firmware in the hope it will stop it falling asleep.

      Note - When downloading always select the Custom install or you will end up with stuff you don't want.
