Hi hope someone can help. Sky say we are getting 12meg at our router but from yesterday we are only getting a max of 1meg at devices, sometimes a lot less. sky are gonna send another router to replace our one which was new in january. we have hard wired a laptop and the speed is still the same. I'm not sure if a new router is gonna help. If anyone has any ideas or the same problem I'd be interested to know ,many thanks Gary

Post your stats from your normal position and then from the Test socket. Use only the ADSL cable supplied by Sky to connect your router to the filter which should be plugged directly into the phone socket.

How to test your ADSL in the Master Test Socket
If you do not have a Test socket, unplug everything you have plugged into the phone sockets and plug the router into the Master socket, again using only the cable supplied by Sky. Post your stats from there.
