      Sagemcom 2504N Router

Is it possible to unlock the above sky router to work with my new provider Talk Talk, reason being is that I had somebody to set it up to work with my CCTV system and now I have the new Talk Talk router I am unable to configure the settings to suit. Many thanks in advance.

No, the 2504N cannot be unlocked at the moment. It should be possible to set up your new router with the settings for your CCTV. It's really just a case of opening the correct ports. Post the make and model of your CCTV and someone will help.

      Sagemcom 2504N Router

Hi, thanks for your reply. It's an Avtech DVR and pretty much setup that side it's more the Talk Talk essentials router settings that I'm not familiar with much at all, the settings seem a lot more complicated than sky's router set up which I found very straight forward.

      Re: Sagemcom 2504N Router

You would need to find out the actual make and model of your router. I think it is likely to be a Hauwei, but you would have to check. When you find out go to Ports Forward and click on the link for your router. You will also need the ports Avtech recommend for their DVRs.
