      Sky hub wireless range

My sky hubs wireless range is at 4 bars at a meter away(shown in picture below). If i go 2 meters away i get 2 bars. If i go 2.5m+ i get 1 bar or less. Is this normal?

This IMHO isn't too serious and should be regarded as normal.

The strength of the signal will drop the further you are from it. The orientation of a router and the surrounding environment can affect things. Also the actual device you are using can affect things too.

On my own mobile I have to be just over 5m away from the router before there is an indication of a drop in the signal in the top line.

You may wish to install something such as inSSIDer on your smart phone (Wifi Manager for iOS devices). This will help you to see things a little more clearly.

The bars are a measurement of signal strength, not the quality. How much does your actual speed drop? That is the important question.
