      New Sagem 2504N

      I just bought a 2504N to replace my older sagem. I just plugged it in and it connected OK. My question is, should i have had to enter my username and password and am i currently connecting with the persons detail who i bought it off.

      Hi

      No the username and password are hard coded into each router.

      Sky don't seem to have any control of the way that these routers connect etc unless they block the MAC etc so you should be fine to do as you are doing.
