You are right. I got in touch with the Fibre team and they confirmed it should be 39, but they have found a systems issue on the order page they are now going to fix asap.

Will post when this has been rectified.

For a moment then I thought that we had accidentally come across another new product called "Sky Fibre Hub". Oh well.

Sky Fibre Unlimited Pro: Connected at 80,000 kbps / 20,000 kbps
Previous ADSL2+ Speed 19999 kbps 1153 kbps, Line Attenuation 17.5 db 6.9 db, Noise Margin 7.5 dB 8.7 dB
      Speedtest: 17.15MB/s 0.97Mb/s Ping 31 ms

Re: How many ordered the SR101 Hub then?

The issue has been raised and should be fixed soon. We have had confirmation that the new Hub is 39 for ADSL and Fibre customers.

That is very odd, I am going to give Sky a call and let them know, and see what they have to say, I will get back to you shortly.
Thanks for sending this over, I have sent it Sky as well so they are aware.
      Already aware thanking you kindly.
In terms of pricing, all existing customers who wish to upgrade for a limited period, will pay 39 plus 2.18 delivery charge (don’t ask me where the 32.18 came from!) be it fibre customers or ADSL.

All new customers, or customers switching to Sky get the Hub for free.

In January, all existing customers wanting to upgrade their router to the hub be charged 69, but for now, it is 39 for all.

Wohoo...woke up and the new SKY Hub is here. two seconds to plug in, get the other systems around the house connected and we are away. Very small, light and simple to use. Kids have a much better wireless connection as they have full bars on their xbox360's. Peace and quiet again.

Re: How many ordered the SR101 Hub then?

The website showed the new hub from very early on the 18th, so I would say yes. I'd politely call them and tell them that you specifically waited until the 18th in order to make sure you were getting the new hub. Can't see how they can argue with that really, as its misrepresentative to show one item and then supply something different.

Also, i have seen on another site on google (will look it up again) that some had these hubs sent as early as 12-15th September!.......Interesting?

Think I might have called them in the first instance, rather than emailed, simply to get a quicker response. Let us know how you get on though.

I unfortunately moved over to Sky a week before the Hub was officially announced, so just bit the bullet and ordered one on the 18th. Annoying, but I doubt they would have entertained me asking for a Hub instead.
