I've ordered mine over the phone now, but it's bugging me why I can't see how I should have done it!
They seem to have altered the page. What you have to do now is click the 3rd radio button bottom right of flash pane, then click the 'Get it now' button. They have maybe been overwhelmed with orders and decided to make things a bit more difficult.

You will then be taken to another page where you click the Upgrade button. That's about it.

Nope, still can't get it. I actually suspect, that once you are logged in, the site is intelligent enough to know whether you are eligible to upgrade or not. I'm a new customer, hence my package has "changed" within the last 30 days, so I reckon I'm being blocked from seeing any online upgrades etc.

      That's my theory anyway!

Try this one - Sky Hub – our new broadband router with unbeatable wireless range^

As you have already ordered one you may be blocked, but I don't see why you should.

Just takes me back to the same upgrade page, and the only upgrade I could buy would be a wireless USB adaptor.

I'd say they are likely blocking customers that have already ordered, or have recently changed their package, in order to avoid giving out multiple discounted items of hardware.

(Edit: Interestingly, I don't even get an option to buy one full price, even if I were daft enough to want two for some reason!)

I got that far, but then it came up in the basket as 69! Is this because I am on Sky Fibre? (I have been unable to get through on the phone)

It could be, apparently they are only for sale on line to ADSL customers. You will have to phone using the number given on the order page.
