      Lost internet again this afternoon. Solid amber light. Seems others using Sky also have problems at my exchange but no service issues identified on Sky's service status.

      Your connection looks like it could be a little better, but not as slow as 1mb.

      A friendly call to Sky should be able to get the speed up a little as your current noise margin is 8dB and it could be lower. When this is done, watch the upload speed too as this is good at the moment and shouldn't go below about 930kbps with what you have.

      In the mean time, if you could use the speed tester link on this forum and post the results too.

      It looks like the whole 01282 area of Lancashire is currently having Sky broadband issues (even though there's still no service status message yet from Sky).

      Internet still down. Sky recorded message says problem at exchange and 4 hours before fixed, but has been saying that for last few hours.

      Internet back up overnight, back to normal. Fault hopefully fixed at exchange.
