      Since it is background noise, then it will have to be a judgement call when speaking with someone about the issue.

      The easy option would be to suggest jumping to SBUF, but like mine, your exchange isn't ready yet. Besides, your exchange doesn't have Sky's LLU equipment, so unless they install this too in the next few months, you will remain stuck.

      Perhaps it would be worth chasing this issue through Sky's Customer Services to see if a complaint might get it further?

      isint there a quiet linr test he can do BT Line Tests (quiet line/distance from exchange etc) - The Scream! try that
