Have you actually plugged the Sagem in to see if it connects? It may take a few minutes the first time you try.

The username and password are exclusive to the actual router, not the user. Any registered router will work on any Sky enabled line**.

The 2304N was a poor choice really, they have given problems right from the start.

**With the exception of fibre connections.

You could always connect the two routers together, piggybacking the Sagem 2304n to the D-Link. This would allow you to make use of the WiFi and allow you to locate it further from the Master Socket. Take a look at the guide below:

      http://www.skyuser.co.uk/forum/askin...-together.html

Personally though I would suggest that the Sagem 2304n isn't a great router. Another member posted a comparative result of both the Sagem 2304n and the Sagem 2504N using inSSIDer earlier this week. This showed the Sagem 2504N to be much better for signal strength.

Personally, never had a problem with the wireless strength on the d-link. Had you tried changing channels on the d-link before purchasing another router?
