Does anyone know the correct way to set up a Snom 360 phone on a sky router? I currently have my computer plugged into the yellow port and the Snom plugged into port no.4 which has a blue line under it, is that correct?
I ask because after endless connection problems with Sky it looked like they had fixed the problem but then after a day of it working I came to it and it had lost the connection again but my set up was computer plugged into Snom phone and then ethernet from snom into router so creating a network, which I had been told was the right way to do it otherwise there could be conflicting IP addresses. However, since changing it back to the first set up I mentioned, it seems, fingers crossed to be holding the connection??!!
Very frustrated!!
