I only joined Sky yesterday. Broadband is rock-solid, currently at 6meg but they're doing the 10 day monitoring so likely to get to 11meg, based on my O2 experience. But every hour, my VPN stops working. Initially, I tried just reconnecting it, but that didn't seem to work. Then I rebooted the router - immediate reconnection & another hour gained. I've found it to work after disconnection/reconnecting via http://192.168.0.1/sky_router_status.html.
