      Thats got a lot of error correction on that now, ping is quite high, should be rock solid now, post router stats now though, so we can see the improvement and to see if the sky guy is right about it being the maxiumum now.

      You have been moved to G.DMT which should stabilise your line. If your noise margin is much above 7db, you should get a bit more. I wouldn't take too much notice of the ping on speedtest.net. If you want an accuate figure, open a Command Prompt and type ping bbc.co.uk. Unless you are regular online gamer, you don't really need a low ping figure, it has little effect on normal internet use..

      You should get up to 4Mb, if it does not rise itself and the noise margin stays above 7db, give Sky a call and ask them to raise it.
