      Exclamation DDoS Attack need help blocking ip

      Hello,

      i'm being SYN Flooded by 2 IPs i managed to collect one of them before for some strange reason the logs got whiped anyway the ip is 114.80.151.7 how would i block this from my router?

      You won't be able to block it from your router.

      The best bet would be to contact someone, perhaps at Sky or in China who can take suitable action. Why China? Well according to 'Whois' this IP address is registered to someone in China:

      Try rebooting or resetting your router or press the Sky Test button on the Status page. Any of these may get you an new IP address, which will solve the problem. At least it will not be your problem any more.

      Another step you can take is turning of Respond to Ping, this just serves to attract baddies.
