As I suggested, the only setting that offers N is the Auto setting, which is not very handy for those using N only devices as it means resources are being wasted broadcasting b and g.

Disgraceful from Sky. It's supposedly a N router and not even one of the modes has N included in the name.

From those screen captures it doesn't look like it supports 40Mhz channel mode option or short guard interval.
If it has 2 internal aerials that will probably limit it to 2x 65mbps = 130mbps max which is poor for a new router by anyones estimations.
In my opinion people who are are happy with their broadband speed/reliability can add a proper N access point to their existing router for less than 35 :

      Thank you for those.

Sadly or happily they've stuck a heat sink on the Broadband chip.

Is that a lead to an additional WiFi aerial on the lid?

Tal71 have you had chance to run InSSIDer program yet to check the wireless speed ? ( my guess is 130N )
You're brave, I keep circuit boards well away from carpets as the static buildup can kill the chips.

      thanks

I've got the laptop disassembled at the moment to remove the old wireless card (as I'm getting a Wireless N one shortly).

When I get the new card fitted and the laptop put back together, I'll run InSSIDer and post the results.

realj42 and a couple of others have already confirmed that this router reports a connection speed of 144mbps under inSSIDer.
